"No consistency in staff. Last time I was there was the last time I’ll ever do business with cycle gear ever! Staff was rude, especially the female. I’ve shopped there for years and purchased thousands of dollars in goods (helmets, for me and gifts for family) to include rain gear and thermal gear recently and routinely tires.

I went in to drop off a tire for mount and another for replacement (warranty). I was there over an hour and other people that came in were helped before me!
